Yes. We consolidate orders in Portugal and ship by sea container to Dakar, with onward delivery across Senegal. Typical transit is 3 to 5 weeks depending on the sailing schedule and customs clearance.

How long does delivery take inside Europe?

Deliveries within Portugal usually arrive in 2 to 5 working days. Other EU destinations take 5 to 10 working days depending on volume and pallet count.

What payment methods do you accept?

Card payments and bank transfer at checkout. For large projects we can issue a proforma invoice with a deposit and balance before shipping.

Is VAT included in the prices?

Prices shown include Portuguese VAT where applicable. Our VAT number is PT 247 322 318. Export orders leaving the EU can be invoiced VAT-exempt with the correct customs documents.

Unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Special orders and cut-to-size items are non-returnable.
